Product traceability within company processes and distribution networks is now a must across all industrial sectors. Labelling, inkjet marking, laser marking and electronic coding systems are mature solutions that can be integrated to achieve the monitoring of the entire production chain within a company. ESN has developed and continues to renew its range of marking and labelling systems to meet the product, secondary packaging and pallet marking and labelling needs. The range includes print and application systems for primary packaging, such as bottles, jars, trays, cans and buckets, for secondary packaging, such as boxes, packs and clusters, for pallets, half pallets and stacked pallets, special applications, such as the downstream application of thermoforming products for trays, labelling machines for stacked trays and baskets, and other applications to meet specific marking and labelling needs.
Case packing and forming machines for trays, wraparounds, cardboard sleeves and packaging systems dedicated to specific market needs are an integral part of the ESN offer. Anthropomorphic robot applications allows us to propose compact solutions with low maintenance requirements. The packaging machines are complemented by quality control and inspection systems for the most critical phases of the process. Software guarantees ease of use for the operator, and a high level integration with company management systems.
In order to offer integrated solutions to our customers, we have developed quality control and inspection systems to guarantee that products and packaging meet specific application requirements. We have therefore developed monitoring systems with inductive, ultrasonic and vision sensors to verify the physical characteristics of the contents and its container. The inspection systems are classified into 4 quality control families: QP (Product Integrity), QD (Data Consistency), QP (Pallet Integrity), and QM (Product Measurement).
